About us

Dennis Racine has three all-consuming passions. Building software, restoring and racing Mini Coopers, and bowling. He founded an early version of Grass Valley Digital Services in 1994.  A self-taught software engineer, he pioneered technologies and services, in particular e-commerce and content management solutions, before there were names for such services.  His first website, MiniMania.com, was published in 1996 (for reference, AOL went live in 1998).  An early adopter of open source stacks and software development practices, Dennis has been using technology to cost-effectively solve problems and create value for his clients for over 30 years.  Today, Grass Valley Digital Services has a roster of over 60 clients, with an average tenure of 20+ years covering a broad spectrum of commercial activities, from Real Estate and Tire wholesale to manufacturers and distributors of Automotive products.

Grass Valley Digital Services is a full-service technology provider focused on small- to medium-sized firms that use the software tools and services to grow and move their businesses into the future.  We code and script in all modern languages and use affordable open-source systems.
